Overview

12-lead ECG linked at patient level to structured laboratory results and to a stress-test ECG for the same patient. Requirements: - 12-lead ECG, not single-lead - Cardiologist report per patient, with ICD-10 diagnostic codes - Structured laboratory results linked to the same patient - Stress-test ECG for the same patient where it exists - Consistent de-identified patient ID linking ECG, labs, stress test and report Both normal and abnormal cases are wanted. Geography is unrestricted and non-US data is acceptable. Indicative volume 10,000 cases. Accepted waveform formats include DICOM 12-lead ECG waveform storage, WFDB and CSV; conversion can be handled on our side where the source system exports differently.
