Tissue classification

Label tissue types and grade tumours across biopsy and resection slides.

Cytology review

Classify cells and flag atypia on cytology smears and liquid-based preparations.

Typical tools: QuPath, ASAP, CVAT, Aperio ImageScope.

FAQ

Pathology annotation questions

Can pathology annotation be done remotely?

Yes. Whole slide images are streamed in a browser-based viewer, so you annotate from home without downloading slides.

What kinds of slides will I annotate?

Mostly H&E-stained histopathology, plus immunohistochemistry and cytology depending on the project. Each project comes with written guidelines.

Do I need experience with QuPath?

No, but it helps. Tell us which tools you have used when you apply. Your diagnostic expertise matters most.

How is pathology annotation paid?

You set your own hourly rate when you register. You see each project's scope, slide volume and budget before you accept.
